Depending on our customer’s needs we set them up to:-
- Answer all calls immediately
- Answer only selective calls immediately
- Answer calls only in busy periods
- Answer only requests for directions
- Answer sales calls – ask the caller very nicely for their name/address/telephone number/postcode etc to be followed up by the sales team.
- Answer only calls for information requests to be sent out
- Answer only to advise of opening times or branch locations
- Handle all combinations of the above
