If you have a fault with your telephone system, line or broadband service and you have a maintenance contract from Siebert, here's where you'll find how to report the problem.


 

Telephone System Faults and problems with lines

Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 hrs (excluding Public Holidays)

Out of Hours - If you have an Out of Hours Maintenance Contract
Call 0141 643 3550 -

IMPORTANT NOTE : You will be asked for your current Out of Hours Maintenance Contract Number and you will be connected to an on-call engineer.
If you don't have one you will be offered an option to leave a message with your details and we will respond as soon as the office re-opens within normal office hours.
