Remote Assistance


To receive remote assistance you'll need to call our Service Desk on 0141 643 3551
You'll be connected to a Remote Support Engineer who will give you a unique 6 digit code.

Click on the Connect to Siebert Remote Support button below
Enter the 6 digit code you were given and you'll be connected to our Remote Support facility.

If you're calling for Remote Assistance outside normal hours (Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700hrs) you'll need to call the number you've been given for your Out of Hours Maintenance Contract and enter your Contract Number when prompted.
