Siebert Telecom Solutions
In our early days, we built our business on providing solutions which were simple, practical and effective but let's face it; the technology was simpler then too.
Nowadays the technology is much more sophisticated and dynamic and the options available to our customers are far wider.
Achieving the customer's objective is always our main consideration. Our customers don't need techno-babble. They don’t want to pay more for something they don’t need but what’s the point of a cheap system if it doesn’t give you the benefits and outcome you need either?
We have the same approach with all of our customers - we don't try to baffle anyone with jargon. If jargon crops up, we explain it. We'll tell you exactly how we see things whether that's good news or not so all of your options will be clear to you.The first step in arriving at a great solution is to talk. We like to think we're pretty good communicators.
We understand complex communications technology but we like to keep things simple.
We’ll start by getting a very accurate picture of what your current position is. When we understand where the starting point is we can design solutions which take into account your legacy equipment, systems or even contracts so you gain the maximum benefit from your previous investments and require the minimum new investment to achieve your new objectives.
We like our customers to understand and appreciate the solutions we offer so that they can get the maximum value from them.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, a demonstration must be worth a lot more.
We've built one of the most impressive demonstration suites in Scotland.

Our view is that wherever possible you should try it before you buy it.For example, you might need a new system to provide a certain thing and the salesman you’ve been talking to says ‘No problem’.
It turns out that it’s not quite what you thought it was going to be. It kind of works but not really the way you thought it would.
It’s all very well to come up with a solution which should work in theory.
It’s quite another to come up with one that does work beautifully. We encourage all of our existing and new customers to visit our demonstration suite.
Come over and have us set up exactly what you need. Play with it, mess around with it, and change it until it does exactly what you want it to do. We’ll give you advice and suggestions for sure but at the end of the day we believe that if it doesn’t do exactly what you want it to do then don’t buy it.
