Siebert are an ISO9001 Accredited company. We have been for years.
Our quality assurance (QA) manual is such an important mainstay of our operation that we consider NQA one of our key partners.
NQA audit our entire system to ensure that we do what we say we will do.
Our processes and procedures are changing all the time and we are committed to continuous development, improvement and provision of top drawer customer care. NQA don’t just act as some sort of policeman though, they are a highly effective source of advice and guidance, keeping us up to date with new ideas and better ways of performing.
In our early days it was a mandatory requirement of the Telecommunications Act that telecommunications equipment maintainers and installers were QA accredited before we were allowed to work on our customer’s equipment.
Many of our competitors didn’t bother. Many simply sold the maintenance of their customer’s equipment to 3rd party maintainers who were often national companies with no real relationship with the customer and often had only the most basic expertise in the types of system they maintained.
That just wasn’t good enough for us or our customers so we became one the first telecoms suppliers in Scotland to be accredited.
Even when these regulations were relaxed and are now no longer mandatory we stringently maintain our quality standards and our accreditation.

Quality of equipment, supply lines, training, communication and information flow are all built into our QA processes.
We are telecommunications professionals and as well as keeping our own house in order we have been invited to join industry committees and forums to try to keep the whole industry working to the standards that we provide to our customers every day.
