Siebert unveil three significant investment projects
Scottish telecommunications specialists Siebert Telecom Solutions have unveiled three significant investment projects.
A major rebrand of the Siebert image involving a new customer web portal, a state of the art demonstration suite and a new company wide integrated information system keeps Siebert at the forefront of business telecommunications in Scotland.
Siebert have enjoyed steady growth and increasing market share over their 19 years and this investment allows them to look confidently ahead despite the recession to capitalise on their Scottish tenacity and innovation.
Siebert’s Marketing & Operations Manager, Graeme Hind is involved in all three projects: 'Proactive communication is the key to everything we do at Siebert. We are in the communications business and these projects are examples of how we practice what we preach.'
'All businesses need to communicate proactively and positively with their customers, suppliers and staff. Our customers are used to a 'can-do' attitude from us but talk is cheap and there has to be some tangible benefit for customers too.'
The new brand and web portal launched this week is phase 1 of a facility which will allow customers unprecedented access to information and facilities allowing them to manage their telecoms systems quickly and easily with portal access to their system set-ups and safe storage of back-ups for immediate restoration of their systems in the event of fires, floods or other unforeseen disruption.
The new demonstration suite means Siebert customers have no uncertainties about the technology they are investing in and allows Siebert to set up systems in advance of installation to ensure their customer’s specific needs are met.
Hind continues: 'Modern telecoms systems can be programmed in a huge variety of ways.
'A lot of vague and general claims are made about telecoms features.
'We just like our customers to try it before they buy it and now our customers can see it, touch it and play with it and we can tweak and fine tune the programming of the systems to deliver exactly the solution they need in real-time with the customer present throughout the process.'
The latest investments are designed to do just that.
