Since 1990 Siebert have been providing innovative business telephone systems and telecoms solutions to virtually every industry sector in the Scottish business community.

From stand-alone telephone systems for small businesses to complex multi-site networked systems, companies large and small have enjoyed the practical benefits of having their office phone system deployed specifically to achieve their objectives.

Sometimes those objectives have been to reduce operating costs or increase their cost control. Often the objectives have been operational in nature and we have helped businesses of all sizes to increase sales, ramp up their customer care regimes, monitor activity and provide quality management information which really informs key management decision making.

When you think about it, telephone systems linked to a computer network are at the very centre of day to day business activity. We’ve been actively deploying Avaya and Toshiba phone systems this way for years now.

Our view is that the telecoms technology is only a part of the mix.

From small beginnings in 1990 we have grown consistently over the years into a mature, financially stable, responsive organisation with expertise across a wide range of disciplines.
